Hi everyone!
I'm starting this new thread for those interested in applying to UC Davis's Master's Entry Program Summer 2021 program. Hoping this will be a space where we all can ask questions/connect.
Hope you are all staying healthy!
heeyjay said:I got that email too but I remembered in the instruction page they sent us, they told us to ignore any emails that ask us to submit any LOR and transcripts.
Today, I got another email:
"It's official - you've completed your application for admission to the Nursing (Master's Entry Program in Nursing) program at UC Davis!
Your application and materials have now been sent to the admission committee for review. Please note that the Nursing (Master's Entry Program in Nursing) program may request further information about components of your application.
Remember to review all program requirements and deadlines to ensure all program-specific materials have been submitted. Please email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME)
I logged into to check and it looks like they had transferred my NursingCAS stuff over to my application.1. I'm sure you're fine if you got invited to the second round of apps.
2. You can ignore this if you're not an intl student, I left everything on this page blank when I did my apps.
Just be on the lookout for the confirmation email soon?
Great! Thank you, I'll be on a look out!

Is it this email? If so I received it on 12/7. I'm honestly not too sure what it is too. When I log back into NursingCas my application for Davis is no longer there.

Hi Te751,
Yes, when I login to check. My status for my transcripts say " *green check mark, received" mine was dated 12/03/2020
with the note
"All application checklist items have been received and your application can now be reviewed by the admissions committee. Each program has its own timeline for application review and decision and typically, decisions are released any time between early January and late May. Please follow up with the graduate program directly if you have specific questions about their timelines."

Yeah, mine is all transferred over. But I submitted my app over a week before it was due. Maybe they're still working on it? The note did say it could take up to 4 weeks.

Hi heeyjay,
Personally I would reach out to them if it does get close to the deadline. I did submit my application on the due date 12/1 and the process was quick (12/3). Hope this helps!

Oh, I don't have any issues with mine. I was responding to Te751's question about if my transcripts got transferred over.

Thank you @heeyjay and @Lbee for your responses!
I also submitted my application a week early. Don't want to freak myself out... but do you guys possibly think it's by alphabetical order? My last name is towards the end of the alphabet and I do remember them saying it'll take up to 4 weeks.

I def think it might be alphabetical because mine is in the beginning and my info from nursing cas has been uploaded for awhile now! don't freak out too much everything will be okay! I forgot to put my NursingCAS id on my application and just emailed the school and they took care of it. They are super nice and helpful. So I recommended emailing them if u have questions/concerns!

My last name is in the middle and mine says it was completed 12/7 so, quite possibly. I don't think it would hurt to just ask. We put a lot of work into it and money into it so getting comfort in knowing that there's no issues shouldn't be a problem.
Hi All!
Just found this forum. I submitted my application on 11/26 and got the confirmation email saying "it's official, you've completed your app, your app and materials have been sent to the admissions committee for review etc" on 11/27. I emailed (PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES OF THOSE IN YOUR PROGRAM PER TOS) to make sure all of my materials have been received the same day and she said that over the next few weeks materials would be transferred over from NursingCAS. I just checked again and I still only see the unofficial transcripts I uploaded into the graduate app. I emailed her earlier to get an update so hopefully everything is okay. I was starting to get worried because it seems that some of your guys' materials have already been uploaded and my last name starts with a C haha

I forgot to enter my Nursing CAS ID as well, just emailed them with the ID. I'm assuming maybe that is the one of the reasons my transcripts transfer is taking longer. Trying not to freak out...
