Hi! I got an offer for the feb cohort. I interviewed and got a reference check the next day. Then didn’t hear for 2 and half weeks. And was actually told by someone in HR that because I hadn’t heard yet I didn’t get it. Then I got a call on a Friday at like 5pm with an offer. Be patient! References are a good sign and rarely do they not hire those they reference check because it costs them money. Hope this helps!

Yeah I would think they have to tell us either way. I’m hoping maybe we’ll hear by the end of this week I feel like it’s been so long! ?

hey! congrats to everyone who received an offer. I'm curious how everyone listed their experience since I'm not sure I did it correctly during this application. I'm planning on applying in their next app again so I just wanted to see how I could better improve my app.

Have you heard anything yet? I finally reached out to HR today and they indicated (But did not confirm) that all positions had been filled ?

Hey guys! I reached out to HR for clarification today. She informed me that if you have not received an offer by now, they have moved on with other applicants at this time. She said that if anything changes, they will let you know. ?

Someone in this thread before said she had also reached out to HR and they said that if she hadn’t heard yet she didn’t get it, but she got a call after that anyways so maybe there is still hope! But do please keep me updated if anyone hears either way!

Hey! A nurse recruiter followed up with me to inform me that they were still compiling offers for some units and that they should be done by 3/16 (this was after HR had indicated to me that positions were already filled so the messages are somewhat contradicting). Sorry .

Hey! I am also in the April L&D cohort. When I got an offer I just joined the February cohort’s group. There are a few of us in there from April. Should we start a new one?
