   Hey! I am also in the April L&D cohort. When I got an offer I just joined the February cohort’s group. There are a few of us in there from April. Should we start a new one?

   I would imagine they will offer you a position. It may take a while. I submitted my references on 1/10 and got my official offer last week. Hopefully it will be quicker for you since they’re making April offers already!

   I obviously don't know for sure but I would say if you got the reference check then that is a good sign. They are still making calls for April cohort.

   I think it's based on when you're available to start. During my interview they asked if I had an NCLEX date and I explained I don't have my ATT yet. They were fine with it since I will at least be able to start by the second date (April 20). Idk for ...
