Yes, I submitted mine a little over a week ago! Maybe they are still interviewing for the April cohort.

I obviously don't know for sure but I would say if you got the reference check then that is a good sign. They are still making calls for April cohort.

That's great! It seemed like a week after all my references completed and submitted theirs was when HR gave the offer. Sit tight in the mean time!

I was just offered a position for float pool for April cohort! So excited to start and to meet some of you! Fingers crossed for those of you still waiting to hear back ?

If you applied for the February cohort and didn't hear anything, will you be considered for April as well?

Hello, Just came across this thread, and it seems like peoples experiences have varied quite a bit depending on the unit you were routed to. I was called last minute for an interview in L&D last week and I received a request for references the next day; however, the status of my application still says "received." Is this the case for anyone else? Did anyone receive a request for references and NOT receive an offer? I`m wondering what my odds are....

Everyone I know who got reference checks for the job. What day did you interview/get references?

I interviewed Monday (2/3), received a request for references the following day, and the skills survey was completed by all of my references by Thursday (2/6).

I would imagine they will offer you a position. It may take a while. I submitted my references on 1/10 and got my official offer last week. Hopefully it will be quicker for you since they’re making April offers already!
