That’s extremely relieving. Thank you for providing this ??
I think it's based on when you're available to start. During my interview they asked if I had an NCLEX date and I explained I don't have my ATT yet. They were fine with it since I will at least be able to start by the second date (April 20).
Idk for sure though, that's just the vibe I got from the department I interviewed with.

Thanks! Did you get a Reference check email after your interview with labor and delivery?

Yup, I was one of the first interview dates and so I received a reference check exactly one week from when I interviewed. In the past, I heard that only those being seriously considered for the position receive the reference check.

Yeah I’ve heard the same! Since they have to pay a company to do the reference check. Have you been offered the position yet? And if you have, how long after the reference check was completed did they call you?

I have not been offered the position yet and forgot to ask for the timeline during my interview. It's been about a 1.5 weeks since I had all my references submitted.

Oh ok. I talked to HR today and she said that they have not extended any offerers yet but for the February start they are supposed to call by this Friday.

thx ivar233, makes me feel better...that is what makes sense to me. It makes me feel better bc I think I have a pretty ok cv/resume...just need the right fit. I moved here from Florida where they are giving out RN jobs like candy. I love it here though.
