UBC Nursing - September 2013

Hey Everyone!

I'm hoping to apply for UBC nursing 2013, but I am a little worried as I haven't volunteered for 2 years. My question is, if I get back into volunteering this summer will my chances of being accepted be higher?

I have created the Facebook group. It's not very fancy (if someone wants to be an admin and work on it that'd be great. I Facebook suck). It's closed to keep details private :) Search for UBC Nursing 2013-2015 Cohort

I'm having trouble finding it.. I'm not sure if one can search for a closed group.

Yeah having it open is the only way to make it searchable. Just open it up for now.

Hmm maybe I'm just inept but it doesn't seem to. Perhaps post a link to the group's main page. Anyone else try searching?

Hey for those who got rejected, last year I applied to 5 different law schools and didn't get into a single one. Keep working hard and stay positive and you'll fall into the right thing at the right time soon enough! :)

That is comforting to know we're not at it alone. Been to the interviews 3 times in a row and failed as well and I'm already described as a good nurse (LPN) at work. I also agree that everything happens for a reason and the right thing will happen at the right time:)
