UBC BSN September 2019 Applicants

Hi everybody! I haven't found an active discussion thread for September 2019 applicants to UBC's BSN program yet, so here is one!

That's what shows up for me. I've emailed UBC nursing to find out. Maybe there's a glitch? Or perhaps we have to wait until the ssc updates and we can "accept" our offers?

Yep, same! Again the links are “unauthorized” so I’d also appreciate if anyone can follow up and email too! I emailed Ruxandra and hopefully she sees everyone else’s emails.

Yay! I accepted my offer this morning. The excitement is real.

I also got an email back from UBC Nursing and they're checking with IT about not being able to download any documents from canvas. We shall see!

Is anyone else who got accepted into UBC curious how they scored on each of the sections? Do you that Ruxandra would disclose this information to me if I asked?

Question for those who were accepted: I am on the reserve list and was reading on the website that there is a orientation before classes start at the end of August or early September. In your acceptance letters, does it mention when this is?

I have positive thoughts I will get in and want to be prepared (work-wise).

I would like to know too! Also: when is the deadline for CPR certification?

I'd like to know this as well, if you're on the reserve list. I'm hoping reserve people get more time to get these requirements in!

The orientation is on August 28 & 29th! The CPR-HCP & mask fit deadline is July 31st. There are also other requirements such as two immunization appointments (which must be booked by June 15th, however your appointment can be up until September) at UBC hospital
