UBC BSN September 2019 Applicants

Hi everybody! I haven't found an active discussion thread for September 2019 applicants to UBC's BSN program yet, so here is one!

I've been keeping busy by studying German and working on a blog!

I'm currently living abroad in Germany, so I'm also waiting for the news to move back!

Eep my application status has been ‘under review’ since early last week while my casper test status is now showing as results delivered ?. Wonder how long it takes for them to review. I know that historically, they don’t send out offers until end of april but i can’t stop checking!!

Ah same!! Mine still says it’s “ready for an evaluation” on the SSC, but my CASPer results were already delivered to UBC. I can’t even enjoy Netflix without squirming in anxiety every now and then lol

My status FINALLY got updated to "currently being reviewed".

If I remember correctly, I think you did your CASPer after mine, so yours should be updated soon too!!

Ahhhhh mine did too! This is so scary. All that's left to do is hope for the best.

Lol yeah I hope so! I know it doesn't mean anything if they take some time to change the application status - I just hate waiting 0.o

hi y'all! I'm a newbie and I just found this forum!

I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a specific day that acceptances start going out or is it just typically mid-april and we just have to check our ssc status like manics during that time aha :)

Yeah typically mid-late April/early May. And they can keep offering admissions until June!

The lesson I learned recently: keep your hands busy and don’t check the SSC all the time lol

Last year was May 10th ish and the year before was April 27th ish from what I could find in an old thread. I really hope its sooner rather than later this year!

I hope so as well! I'm still in my undergrad and will be doing finals at that time so it's gonna be so hard to focus on studying when I'll be checking my ssc after every couple of hours aha
