TWU Spring 2019 Nursing Applicants

Starting this for anyone thinking about applying to Texas Women's University's Nursing program for Spring 2019. Even though it seems like a long time from now it's never too early to start preparing to apply:happy:

Is anyone else prepping for the TEAS or has already taken it?

You have to go to the top portion and click on previous admissions

When you go to that login page, look at the left side. Press "click here" and you will be directed to a different login page. Then just login with your same info.

Is it me or does it seem like everyone is applying to Houston? That makes me very nervous given my admission score is a 48.9. I didn't feel I had a strong chance of getting into Dallas but seeing all the people applying to Houston makes me second guess myself. I had twu preference 3.2 nursing core and 86% on teas with my highest scores being math and science both 93.8%. I'm freaking out over here!

Your score seems pretty solid to me. I've read that the spring cycle is slightly less competitive than the fall cycle. What worries me is that this past fall cycle was incredibly competitive. This has caused a lot of people to reapply this cycle. I'm applying to the dallas program and am right on the threshold of acceptance/rejection. Maybe we should set up a poll?

Edit: Nvm. There is a poll on the first page. It does look like there are a lot of houston applicants on this forum.

Edit Edit: I can't vote in the poll. Is it expired? Maybe we should create a new one since we have more active members. I would do it right not, but I cannot see where the "polling" option is located.

The poll is still available to vote for active members. You become an active member after a certain number of posts I think.

Anyone else check this forum way more often than they would like to admit? Me for sure....

After more grave digging past forums I read that we should be getting emails from TWU Admissions that our application has been processed starting around the end of August into September in order of last name alphabetically. And so for those worried if they are missing anything for their application, apparently you get up to a week after recieving this email to send in anything they say is missing. So look out for those emails!!!
