Starting this for anyone thinking about applying to Texas Women's University's Nursing program for Spring 2019. Even though it seems like a long time from now it's never too early to start preparing to apply:happy:
Is anyone else prepping for the TEAS or has already taken it?
Hey there everyone! I previously applied to the Dallas campus last semester but didn't get in, and I'm reapplying for the upcoming Spring semester and I'm really hoping that I'll get in! Originally my score was a 49, but after retaking two classes over the summer, it got bumped up to a 55! I applied to Dallas again, and I think I have a good chance! Good luck to everybody applying!
Hey friends! I'm a current J1 traditional nursing student at TWU Dallas, so I know exactly how ya'll feel because I was in the same boat earlier this year.
I applied for the February 1st deadline and they told us that we would get our results mid-March. But we didn't actually get them until the end of march after spring break. It really depends on the volume of students and how competitive the class is. It will take them a while (it feels long to us) to process things. So just sit back and relax because ya'll already went through the hardest part of applying. :)
Did anyone get an email saying they are eligible for admission? My friend got one, but not sure if anyone else has gotten one too? I have not. Thanks!
Does your friend's last name start at the beginning of the alphabet? Apparently they process applications in alphabetical order by last name from previous forums!

The nursing advisor I spoke with said that admission decisions should go out around mid October!
