I think it is time we get our own thread for those of us who have been accepted to TWU's Houston program and plan to attend. :D

So from what I understand, we will have clinicals on Wednesday and Friday right??

No, the sheet was just a sample of when you might have clinicals.They aren't going to assign us our individual clincial days until we go back for orientation.It's either going to be tues,wed,thurs,fri,or sat for the 2 clinicals each week.

Hey guys.The hold has finally been taken off my account, so I registered this morning.I'm taking my multicultural woman's studies class right now,and we use blackboard.But, now I can see our fundamentals of nursing/Concepts and Clinical competencies course. His blackboard is available with some class information for next semester course with the syllabus,clinicals,care plans, etc for this semester to get a feel for this class.

when i go to the blackboard it says : you are not currently enrolled in any courses. ???

Hmm.Yeah,I'm taking a class now on blackboard,but I know there is a way to set it up because I had to do it at the beginning of the semester.Did you try to log in using your pioneer portal info?It should be the same.

how were you able to access the syllabus for fundamentals of nursing/concepts and clinical competencies course? where do i go to see all that?

our instructor already set up the class for spring 2010 with some general info.he is also updating info for us about quizzes and exams we are going to have the first couple of weeks.it looks like we are going to know our clinical times via blackboard when we are assigned.

yea i can log in using my portal account information but it just says that i'm not enrolled in any classes...i guess they're still updating everything right now. could you be sooo kind and send me the syllabus or any other important information to my e-mail: [email protected] please? i would really appreciate it!!
