Hey! I'm applying to TWU for Spring of 2020. It's super early, but apps are due this Summer. Anyone else applying? I'm super nervous and I'd love to hear what everyone is doing to prepare for the TEAS! Also if anyone knows how many points are considered competitive let me know!

I only just applied last saturday and got an email friday saying they need my transcripts. Was really hoping I could just use the ones I already paid to have sent to NursingCAS for a previous application to UTMB but looks like I am going to have to pay for them again! I plan on sending my transcipts by tuesday so my application technically isn't complete yet.

Yea I received the same email on Friday but I already sent them. They told me they received the one I sent electronically but the other two were sent by regular mail unfortunately so they haven’t received them yet. Hopefully by next week they should have them. The deadline is coming up so I just want to make sure I can get the NursingCAS app in on time.

I feel like it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Prior to taking it I was dreading it so much because I was reading on all the forums how much harder it was than the HESI and I didn’t study for it almost at all (I’m a horrible procrastinator) but when I took it it was actually ok. I feel as though it wasn’t much harder than the HESI. If I remember correctly I got a mixture of AP, some general biology and basic chemistry like protons and neutrons and atomic mass stuff like that. My overall was a 88.7. When are you planning on taking it?
Yea I definitely don’t think it was as hard as everyone makes it seem but everyone has their own experience with it. I have faith that you will do great. Yea the math I think was similar to the HESI. I think it was actually maybe even a little easier than the HESI? I actually scored the highest on the Math and my TEAS math score was higher than my HESI math score.
