TWU Spring 2014 Applicants

Hey everyone. I just wanted to start a thread for all of those hoping to get into TWU starting Spring 2014. My name is Kia and I have already sent in my application and completed my TEAS V exam. I'll be in the Denton campus patho class this fall (trying to wait patiently for an acceptance letter-GOD willing).

Okay I thought so, I didn't think we have enough time to get fingerprints and crime record in just 1 week. Thanks guys

I was thinking about that too. I dun think they told us the orientation date yet?

Yes, you would register for classes at orientation. For those who are going to Houston this upcoming Spring, I saw the dates for orientation on TWU Houston's website.

"General Undergraduate Student Orientation ~ Friday, January 10th,, 2014. Undergraduate Nursing students will be expected to attend both the Nursing Specific Orientation (conducted separately with Teresa Maharaj) on Thursday, January 9th, 2014 as well as the General Undergraduate Student Orientation held Friday, January 10th, 2014."

oh.. spring class starts in Jan 13th. so we only got three days to register for classes? Interesting..

It's already chosen for us. The schedules are preset, as per what the adviser told me. She said we should get our schedules in December.

No problem. And I think there's not really a big rush for registration because your seat is already reserved. Unlike 'normal' registration, where you rush to grab a class before it is full.
