TWU Nursing Applicants - Fall 2019

Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.

What I find incredibly irritating is that TWU does not raise the requirements to apply. The GPA and TEAS scores they require students to have, and those of the students who are accepted are WAY off. It gives too many students false hope that they'll get in because they meet the criteria. Seeing students from last year who had a 4.0 gpa and a high TEAS still getting rejected is just insane. Change the numbers so students know before sending in their application.

No I don't believe anyone has heard back either way, I was referring to last year's thread

I know some people who did not meet minimum requirements who received their denial, but not anyone eligible for admission.

Yeah did they specifically tell us that N/W program will hear at the same as the traditional programs? Or do we just not know when they’ll tell us?

an advisor told me everyone would find out together...in an email...i'm hoping they change their mind!
