Just about a year early here, but I wanted to create a thread for Fall 2019 applicants. This is my first time joining a nursing forum; so, let's give it a shot.

Time for the waiting game! What is everyone's admission score (stats) and which location are you applying for?

Update: My transcript was finally received by NursingCAS! (day of the deadline wowie) For anyone who is curious, though, I emailed the (Houston) advisor and she responded with "Hopefully, your transcripts arrive before or on February 1" which got me even MORE worried, because I felt like that meant I was doomed, so I sent another email and she responded with "You want to make sure that everything is turned in, including transcript by the application deadline" that still had me a bit confused because I wasn't sure if "turned in" meant sent in or received, so I responded AGAIN (I'm sure at this point she was sick of me), but she finally emailed back saying "You have until February 8th for transcripts to be upload on your NursingCAS application." But I guess I worried about that bit for nothing because I got in in by the 1st. ? Happy waiting y'all! :nurse:

Hi, everyone! I applied to the Houston campus and I'm very nervous because my score is 44.17. I retook the TEAS today (ahhh) and got a composite score of 93%. Deciding to retake it was well worth it. Best of luck to everyone. Time for the longest waiting game ever! My score is lower than what most people have posted. crossing my fingers and toes

Hey everyone! I'm applying for TWU Dallas traditional program. Here are my stats:

Nursing Core GPA: 4.0

Prereq. GPA: 4.0

TEAS composite: 82.7%

Admission Score: 62.13

Hey everyone! I am curious to see if anyone knows if you get more points than whats on your final excel sheet for the bump. For example my final points are 52 so I was curious if I do have the bump is that included in the points already or no? Thank ya! Im also applying to Dallas traditional and Im super nervous about not getting in.

The bump is included on the excel sheet

It will be included in the excel sheet as long as you filled enough hours from twu in the spread sheet. (I believe it’s something like 30 hours.) There is a place on the excel sheet that says “TWU Preference” if in the box below it says “YES” then it is including the bump, if it says “NO” then the bump has not been added.
