Hello, my name's Tien and I'm going to apply for TWU Houston Fall 14'. I noticed there's a topic for Dallas but none for Houston so I'm starting this one, hoping it will be a place for us hopeful applicants to come and share information.
BTW, my stats are: GPA 3.892, TEAS V 85.3%, 2/4 first attempt, and previous BA in Business. I'm scared b/c of my "1st attempt" since I see most that got in have 3 or 4/4 ...
I was accepted! However I am still waiting to hear from UTHSC for fall admission... can I accept to TWU and back out if I get accepted to UTHSC? The decision is due March 31 so freaking out I won't know by then!
Is everyone's decision due by march 31st? So does this mean that if you don't have a letter by then, you're not in?! Ugh! That just freaked me out a bit! Congrats rachelnoel!!
I'm not sure I just know with my acceptance I only have till the 31st to respond. I think they do that because if I don't acceptance they start taking wait list people! Just a theory though not sure!!
It's for the first wave of applicants. Depending on how many students deny or don't reply. Then they send out another wave of acceptance letters. They keep doing that til all spots are filled

Did yall recieve tha email a few weeks ago about being core complete which I am, I just replied to the email late. I guess I oblierated my chances of getting in. Maybe I'll get waitlisted who knows :)) Congrats to Y'all who made it
No I did not receive an email asking if I'm core complete. I'm in the process of completing my first degree and am enrolled in my last classes to finish up in May. Did you apply as a second degree applicant ?
I already accepted TWU but I just got an email saying I got accepted to UTHSC! I'm not sure which school to choose. Does anyone know anything about the program at UT Health? Also is there a certain GPA you have to maintain?
