TWU Fall 2010

Published

Is anyone out there applying to TWU for the Fall of 2010? I got this idea from a previous thread and thought I should get one started for this semester, so that we can help each other and communicate with each other?

I have taken the Hesi-A2 and got a 74.8 on it so they didn't even look at my application. I live on campus so any help or information I can give just let me know. I'm excited and feel good about this deadline.

Good luck and I look forward to meeting you!

I thought 25% too, but it says on Blackboard. Scroll over and click on "details" on the grades page.

I won't be making hh tonight. Going to shoot for the A...study, study, study!

FYI for those who didn't come to the lecture.

Extra credit questions from the last exam were worth 1/2 a point for the multiple choice, and I didn't catch the amount for the essays...but I think she said she wasn't sure yet. She's still unsure about how to format the EC questions for this exam. She said she has until Wednesday to turn in grades, so she may go for some more essay.

I also asked about exam 4 being worth 30% in Blackboard. She said she didn't enter those values and figured they would all be 25%. She's not sure if there's a policy that the final has to be weighted more and will find out.

Oh, and I'm grasping at straws here, but I saw Everett bring her copies of something during the lecture. It kinda looked liked it could be the tutoring sign-in sheets. I started to hope that maybe we could get some extra credit of some sort for going to tutoring.

I doubt it though... 1/2 a point? Is she kidding me? That's not really worth our time!

Did you find today's lecture beneficial?

Not really...but I was half asleep during most of it. I recorded it, but not sure if I'll listen to it. If the EC is only 1/2 point, what's the point?

I did some math, and the only way to make an A is to make at least a 98.55 on the final. Not going to happen. I'm just going to ensure that I make above a 65 for the B. Not going to worry about it.

How's the cram-fest going? I'm realizing I don't know this stuff as well as I should...even for a 63! :chair:

I just went over all the god-given notes for the poop module... I think I'm gonna review the breathing & peeing modules and then try and get some sleep.

I hope I can get to school early to find a room and put up a curtain-o-paper! Oh FML, I have no tape.

Yup...I'll be there super-early too (hopefully), but I'm not going to waste time on putting up paper...

Geez, some people are so loud... Don't they realize people are studying?
