I've decided to go ahead and start this thread for those who are in the process of applying for the HIGHLY COMPETITIVE nursing program at TWU (FALL 2017) Feel free to share your STATS, questions, and good vibes as we're all here to get accepted!
I'm personally interested in the Night/weekend program since I already have a bachelor's degree and I just finished my TWU application (since TWU requires you submit a "new student" application first, then the Nursing application) I am planning on submitting my nursing application right after I hear back..
I also have not yet taken my TEAS, but am in the process of studying for it to take in a couple weeks!
I got accepted!!! Just received the email from Nursing CAS. I had 69 points on my excel spreadsheet with a 4.0 GPA in science and overall, 94 on my TEAS and bump from prior bachelors degree. TWU was the only program I applied to; I will be accepting admittance. Can't wait to meet you all in person at the TWU Houston campus!
