TWU fall 2023 applicants

Hi everyone! I am hoping to get a thread started for future Texas Woman’s University nursing students. I have been finishing up my pre requisites and planning to apply for fall nights and weekends. I would love to hear from other potential nursing students hoping to get into the TWU fall 2023 cohort.

Hahaha yeah same! I have to remind myself the world does not revolve around me and if I get into nursing school ??

Not to worry too much though! Two years ago, it seemed they received their eligibilities way early, as early as first two weeks of Feb. And also heard could be in alphabetical order as well. Not too sure on this.

Now it feels more real haha.  I hope we find out before mid April but that's OK if so. I am wishing everyone best of luck!

I can finally stop checking my email every 15 minutes! Woohoo! At least until April!

What does it mean actually? Are we all accepted or what? ?

It just means "Youre application is officially eligible to be considered for out school" 

-So they received all you paperwork 

-You took all the right classes 

-Your GPA met the minimum they were looking for 

-Your TEAS met the minimum they were looking for 

 

We have not gotten in, it just means your name is officially in the running.

Does anyone know if TWU follows the 5 year expiration rule for science courses? Mine A&P I & II expire this fall and wanted to know so that I can retake them before next application period.
