Hey there. I plan on applying to TWUs N&W program in February for the Fall 2020 start. I just took my TEAS test today, my score was:
Overall: 85.3%
Reading: 87.2%
Math: 96.9%
Science: 74.5%
English: 83.3%
I'm not happy with my science score, but I also haven't taken A&P II or Chemistry yet, just A&P I. I plan on retaking the TEAS in December.
I have a 3.85 science core GPA (one B in A&P I) and 3.81 prereq GPA. that gives me a 45.56 admission score, which probably won't cut it. I can't retake A&P I in time, so my only hope is a higher TEAS score.
Who else is applying for Fall 2020? Are you applying to Houston, Dallas Traditional, or Dallas N&W?

I still haven't gotten anything either! I applied for Dallas Traditional and I really just want to know yes or no at this point

Make sure to check spam. That’s what people have been saying.
Your score should also give you a good indication of where you stand as far as admissions go, typically 45+ is accepted! If you don't hear anything by Monday night (since they closed early today for the holiday) I would contact admissions on Tuesday for an update!
You will register for classes at orientation. Nursing school registration is different, you will all attend the same classes (except patho if you take it in the Summer) but you will register under the clinical group number they assign you. I promise you'll get pretty much all of your answers at orientation!

Yes first orientation! If it helps, this is my schedule for J1:
Monday
9-12 Concepts lecture
2-4:30 Assessment lecture
Tuesday
8-12 patho
2-5 pharm
Wednesday no class for me
Thursday
Concept lab 8-3 first 7 weeks
Clinical placement 6:30am-7:30pm second 7 weeks
Friday
Assessment lab 4:30-8:30
You will all as a cohort go to the same classes on Monday and Tuesday, then depending on your clinical group you will have a 4 hour assessment lab that can be at any time Wednesday-Saturday and you will have a 7 hour concepts lab (which turns into your clinical placement which will be 12 hrs plus lunch hour) on a day that you don't have Assessment lab Wednesday-Sunday. You will basically have at least one class 4 days out of the week!

Yeah my score wasn’t even to a 40 so they were def about 45
