TWU Fall 2013 Applicants

Hello everyone!

I am starting this thread... a year early. That is how much I want to be accepted into the Fall 2013 BSN program at TWU in Dallas. I am taking my TEAS on August 30 so that if I have to, I can take it again the following application period (after September 1). I have finished my prerequisites (last week of Summer AP2 right now, hurray).

I hope other people see this forum so that we can all talk and encourage each other about getting into the program (and be stressed out together)! Seriously hoping that this next year flies by! I Look forward to get to know other hopefuls!

Thinking about it I'm glad I'm on this forum so I know when others got their emails, just in case I don't get one. If I wasn't on here I know I would be waiting so anxiously. But I know everyone on here will get an email!

Omg me too I was just thinking about it. Bc my Gpa is 3.7 with bump 4.1 but I made a 69 on teas and 1/4 first attempts :(

I don't understand what y'all mean 1/4 and bump someone explain, my gpa is a 3.6 prereq, 3.8 science and 3.54 overall, I made a 79.3 on my teas!!!!!

I didn't at first either. It means you made A's in your a&p lecture and lab 1 and 2, a in microbiology and statistics! Just those 4!

And you get a .4 bump added to your Gpa if you completed 32 or more hours in pre requites at twu

It's not just getting an A in those classes, it's getting an A on your first attempt.

I'm so nervous because I have 1/4 first attempts :( I made an A in my a&p lectures 1&2 but a b in lab, b in microbiology, and A in statistics.

I emailed the TWU nursing coordinator and she said emails at the end of the week.
