Hi! I didn't see a thread for Spring of 2016 applicants, so I created one.

My stats are

3.71 GPA (finishing up micro right now so that could change)

Take the TEAS on August 8th

No preferences

I am pretty sure the TEAS test will make or break me.

Hi TWU hopefuls!

Like many of you guys, I'm also waiting for that acceptance email. Waiting truly is the hardest part of it all!

Since it seems we're getting closer & closer to hearing back from TWU, I thought to post on here and introduce myself and wait with you guys! :)

My stats:

GPA: 3.56

TEAS V: 86%

No previous degree

No courses taken @ TWU

@luxyblue: wow your TEAS scores are pretty high! Do we really get an email first before the physical mail? I've been checking both my email & mailbox like crazy these past few days..

I called the College of Nursing this afternoon and they said acceptance emails should go towards the end of this week. Hopefully they will go out tomorrow though...

My gut tells me the emails will be sent out Friday afternoon so as to avoid mass hysteria of phone calls/emails to nursing advisors and office personnel which will surely be the knee-jerk reaction of many people. Giving those a weekend cooling off period is smart. Every time I read that someone contacted the Nursing department or an advisor I just want to cringe. We all know (as those in the department know) there will be many well-deserving, hard-working students that won't get in. It's not a good feeling.

I know this is a little late, but here are my stats (:

GPA 3.77

TEAS 94.7% overall

I'm applying for TWU's pre-licensure BSN program, and I wish everyone who's applying the best of luck!! Hopefully scooter79 is right and we'll all hear back by the end of this week!!
