Tvcc 2011 applicants- any status emails yet

Has anyone who applied to TVCC 2011 ADN program received an email or letter confirming your status yet?

I read on the website that this is a part of the process once you submit your application. I'm just wondering if they still send out status letters/emails.

Is there anyone entering the LVN to ADN transition program or are we all applying to the ADN Generic Program?

I hope i get in because I'm sooo ready to learn.

If not , I'll start working on my BSN courses and take an honors course to boost my chances next year. Also considering Brookhavens program for next spring.

I heard some really crazy rumors today from 2 girls who don't even know each other. I freaked out and call the counselor to ask about this and I confirmed my points. He told me emails by the 7th and that one of the rumors I heard was not true.

If y'all hear any crazy rumors.......DO NOT believe them!!

The first rumor was about the # of applicants, which both stories had DOUBLED the actual #. The second was minimum points and I didn't think to ask about that one since I should be good.

Oh ok yea i dont know what the lowest number of points is he just emailed me sayn that for sure 11 and up were in but he didnt mention what number they r into , but im pretty sure theyll go in the 9s or so...idk bout the apps i saw on a post someone say around 400 but thats alot

Yeah he told me it was in the 430's.

Eh, who knows. Last year they sent it out earlier than the dates they gave.
