Looking like a move to Tulsa will be in the cards after all. What is the outlook for LPNs in the Tulsa area in area hospitals? If not hospitals, where else?

Welcome to Tulsa (in the future)...
You can check out the local Sunday newspaper ads at http://www.tulsaworld.com and go to jobs. There is a place to do a search and you can enter LPN. That will give you a good starting point.
Southcrest, Hillcrest and OSU Medical Center (formerly TRMC or Tulsa Regional Medical Center) hire more LPNs than St Francis or St John's but all 5 hospitals do have ads for LPNs. If you google these facility names along with Tulsa and Oklahoma you can find their websites which have current opportunities.
Hopefully this gives you a starting point for searching. Best of luck to you!

I just wanted to add that most of the openings for LPNs at St Johns are either dialysis or IV team for right now. Home health is also an option in addition to what others have said.

Check out St John OWASSO.
St John's Owasso does not hire LPNs do they? Bailey Medical Center in Owass does.
