Trying for Gwinnett Tech 2014

So I am gunning for Gwinnett techs fall 2014 class and wanted to start a forum for us to show support and exchange info. I am doing my last prerequisite now and am excited to do this. Best of luck to everyone. Lets do this thang!:yes::woot::coollook::rolleyes::laugh:;):up::bookworm:

Janelly, how are you feeling about this exam at Brenau? I am nervous to see how much I need to review. Ill be waering a dark purple bubble vest with bright color sleeves, or a nike dry fit hoodie. look for me :) best of luck tomorrow!!!

I haven't really reviewed much either but that's the whole point of this test- to see what needs to be worked on. Also if by chance we score okay it'll alleviate a lot of stress on the actual test day because you know you have it in the bag. And taking a test stress free, the better chances of scoring better. Any time I am nervous I make silly clumsy mistakes.

I'll probably be wearing a black zip up hoodie, leggings and a white tshirt. Extra comfy is the way to go.

Yeah, I get what you mean. I am not even cracking open my notes today. It will alleviate stress, if I dont completely bomb, lol. but im trying to think it will be like the rest of my tests. Go in, sit down, answer my best and get'er done! Best wishes to you today. I'll keep an eye out :cyclops:

I was white brunette. I chose to bring a different sweater and took it off for the test. I had leggings black boots and a grey shirt with long sleeves. I didn't do so good. I rushed through the reading and writing sections so I did bad in both. I did okay in math cus you kinda gotta take the time to use the calculator and whatnot. I made a 75 without studying it. Did 55 in science but I did good on the parts I have already studied for. I am sure I'll make a much better score in science next time. But I rushed in reading so I gotta take the full allotted time and really read the answers. Overall 64. I'm gonna start hitting those sections online and on practice tests from several editions of the Kaplan. I'll be fine. I got wiggle room. How about you? I Gonna Retake It Once More March 13th.

Yeah I did bad on both those even when I took the compass my first try. I had a bad headache and just tried to get through super fast. Won't make that mistake again. Idk how to really study for those but I'm gonna try to find tools for them. You did well overall. Enough to get accept so that's good. I Retaking If You Want To again.

Honestly I would have loved to make a 78. I'm gonna check what scores I made and see what I need to make that. Lol
