trying to buy a stethescope

I have had the same stethescope since school. It's okay but time to upgrade. I work on a sub-acute rehab unit. I work with a diverse population many with cardiac issues. Would love some suggestions!! Thanks

I had been using an UltraScope for several years and really liked it. I was in a uniform shop a couple of weeks ago and tried an MDF. Amazing quality and lifetime replacement parts. I ended up getting the MDF-ER about $135. They are more on the MDF website.
