in section 7, im confused if they're asking if i was every employed in ky or if i will be. i dont get why they need that information
in section 10, i dont even have last 2 employers!!! and what do they mean by that this will be valid for 6 months in red?

They are asking if you have experience and if so you have to provide employer references.
Which state are you endorsing and are you already in the US? as this will have an impact on which forum this goes in as this forum, the NCLEX forum, is just in regards to studying for NCLEX

I endorse my RN license from Puerto Rico to Florida. Now I am planning to mve to Illinois. Can I endorse my lisence to Illinois?

I have a plan of endorsing my Hawaii RN license to New Mexico Board of Nursing.Does anyone know how much do I need to pay for the endorsement request form to my original license state?thank you in advance!

This thread is over year old....I would check the BON website. Are you originally a IEN?
