travels to testing site

I have an option of three testing sites. One is an hour away, one is two and one is three + . The testing site that is three hrs. away has the earliest appointment so I chose that one. Do you think it's to much to drive three hrs away to take my NCLEX? Do the rest of you have as far to go? I'm worried my nerves can't handle a ride that long...I won't be driving, I told my husband he has too!

Go the night before and stay in a hotel. I wouldn't want to worry about anything that morning. Car trouble, delay on the highway, etc. Enjoy yourself that day before and relax and have some fun.

I totally agree with Suzanne on this one. Go up the day before so that you'll be refreshed from the ride. Also, locate the testing site the day before as well so you aren't stressed out from not knowing where it is, or from trying to find it. You don't need added stressors before the test.
