traveling to NY

I've always been eager to visit NY and was wondering... what are some of the things that must be seen in order to exp. NY?

hello!! and thankyou for loving the great ny (pssh dont i sound like a brochure) anyway, see a broadway show, go on circle line- a cruise around the city, walk around times square, go to a local city cafe!!, visit museums!! o!! the list is endless!

The list is endless and gteverpn started it off well.............but might I also add visiting the Empire State Building, The Statue of Liberty, and Ground Zero? If you like that

Eat a dirty water hot dog, visit the South Street Seaport, negotiate in China Town, museum of modern art, planterium, venture through the subways (42 Steet entrance &/or Grand central Station)... Oh my, the list is endless. What are your interests?
