Does anyone know of any school that will accept nursing classes and transfer in without having to start all over?

Short answer, no. Schools typically do not accept nursing courses from other nursing schools.

Having all of your classes transferred in to another nursing program usually doesnt happen. However, there will be nursing schools who can problem take some transfer over credits that doesn't include your med surg classes. So you may be set back a lot depending on the program and whether they will take some credits, but you just have to hunt and find them.

Different schools? No.
Also, my nursing program take transfer credits but not for fundamentals and med surg courses.
