I tried contacting the NYSED for more info, but all I got was
"See: www.op.nysed.gov/nurse.htm for requirements for NYS licensure and application forms.
As part of the process you will send Form 2 -Certification of Professional Education to your school. This form must be completed and returned by the school.
Along with your application for licensure and fee, this required item will be reviewed to determine if it meets our requirements."
My question is would you have a problem with NY endorsing a FL license if you received your education requirements from concorde career college

For out-of-state schools, New York looks at whether the school is approved for RN licensure in the state where it is located. So if you went to a school in Florida and your school is on the approved list for Florida, it looks like you're in good shape for endorsing the license to NY.
