Okay, I was watching a video and the video was a rather large fellow with what appeared to be a double triple or quadruple chin.
I'm not trying to be offensive, but how are people with rather large chins composed of mainly adipose tissue trached???
Is the fatty tissue sucked out? Sliced out? Like what happens? Do they just make a hole through all the fat?
This is an honest question.
