Hi please delete if this isn't allowed,
I'm currently doing a research paper that tackles toxic work environments. The purpose of this research is to find out how toxic environments continue to plague to workplace and I hope to find a solution to either prevent them from happening or resolve them effectively. If you have some free time please take my survey as it's anonymous and should take less than 5 min. Thank you!!
What is your age?
Gender
Are you in management?
I'm comfortable working with my team members.
I'm comfortable working with my boss
I'm satisfied with the culture of my workplace
How often does your workplace become toxic?
Select all that apply. If your work environment has ever felt toxic, select the problems that may have contributed to it.
I feel appreciated as a team member.
Conflicts are resolved effectively at work.
If your workplace has ever felt toxic, was it the reason for the turnover rate?
My workplace fosters a culture of respect
Performance and productivity is affected when my work environment feels toxic.
If your work environment becomes toxic, how does your workplace address it?
What are other issues that have occurred at work that may contribute to a toxic environment not listed above?
What changes need to be made at work in order to maintain a positive working environment?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as well!

Did you realize that you can make a poll on AN? Or paste a link to Survey Monkey? I looked at your survey and "easy" or "5 minutes" don't account for the amount of scrolling involved.
Hi! Thanks for the input! I actually pasted the link but it looks like somehow the questions transferred over to the post which wasn't my intention. It's a mistake on my end so I'm trying to figure out how to edit my previous post in order to share the link instead.
I noticed many of my respondents are female. I'd also like to get a guy's take on the toxic work environment. How does it affect male employees?

You can only edit your post for a limited amount of time after it goes up, after that you lose the capability to change anything. Probably best to abandon this post and direct people to a new one, maybe with a link to it in a final response in this one.
Ahh understood, thank you!

I have edited out some white space. AN does allow post-grad students to post survey links and here is the process.

I attempted to answer the poll questions and kinda gave up. Hope you can utilize Survey Monkey or something similar, and then I will gladly answer your questions!
Thank you for clarifying this! Is there anyway to close this discussion?
