Hello ? looking for more information and insight on the Torrance Memorial New Grad program. Those that have started or gone through this program, how has your experience been?
Can someone who has worked there or is still working there share their thought about this hospital please.
Any insight is truly appreciated. Thank you!

they usually do PCU and ICU first then other specialities after
also, the recruiter told me it's best to go to the open house regardless of getting a call back bc that can be the first interview of two
Hi Pandalover,
Thank you for your message! ? I applied to the cardiovascular and telemetry units for night and morning shifts. How do we gather the information for the open house? I looked into the Torrance New Grad website, and there's no mention of an open house.

I did call and spoke to ED on the phone and he mentioned watching out for the Torrance website for updates. However, I could not gather or verify this information of when and where? I am confused now.

do you mind if I ask if you did the interview at the open house or on an earlier date?
Thank you! I went to the open house yesterday! And interviewed there and got a call back for a second interview.

Also I know a lot of new grads went to the Open house today and it was very interesting! I think there is another one next week where you can interview with the unit managers.
Oh good luck! I also got an interview for PCU ? hopefully we get the job!

Hey congrats! Did they say when in particular the program will start in February? Perhaps this can shed some light on those still waiting for a call back.

The new grad program is suppose to start March 20th. From what I remember hearing we are suppose to find out next week or early Feb. if we're hired so fingers crossed and good luck to everyone ???
