Hello ? looking for more information and insight on the Torrance Memorial New Grad program. Those that have started or gone through this program, how has your experience been?

@nurse.crys17 I just got called to interview for the ICU burn unit. Any advice or tips you can offer? What was the interview process like and what specific questions, if you can recall, were asked of you as a new grad RN? Thank you so much

Hi! On my application it says compensation between I believe $48-$51. Last cohort they were starting at $48 and night differential is I believe a percent of your pay

I have my interview soon but I would also love to know if someone has gotten an offer. 
 

did the interviewers say there would be a second interview? Just curious.

Good luck! What unit are you getting an interview for? I'm not completely sure but I was told that there's actually two interviews, one that is general and the other would be with the unit managers.

I had my first interview last week with the managers and got called yesterday for a second interview next week. I'm not sure with who exactly just that I should bring 4 copies of my resume.

I was called to interview for the PCU position. 

Also I know a lot of new grads went to the Open house today and it was very interesting! I think there is another one next week where you can interview with the unit managers.

What department did you apply too?

they usually do PCU and ICU first then other specialities after

also, the recruiter told me it's best to go to the open house regardless of getting a call back bc that can be the first interview of two
