It sounds like you did just fine! How many questions did you get last time before it turned off? When will you find out? I'm crossing my fingers for you!

I am sure you did well the 2nd time around. I have to retake the test as well but had 265 questions the first time. I think it is all a mental game on the # of questions you receive or not, they would randomly have to pick certain tests to have go to the maximum to make it effective. The NCLEX test is no what near what I thought it would ever be! However, 75 questions is usually a good sign! My friend passed at 75 and she swore she missed at least 15 when we were trying to remember them all. How did you study? Did you have more the first time. Use quick results after 48 hours of taking your test via internet or phone.
Good Luck!! It will be worth it in the when you see that passing grade!

Well, I took NCLEX today. The computer stopped at 75. I just sat there and I was stunned. All I say is is "where are the rest if my questions". Moslty I had priority questions. No diaster questions,no new format, no math calculations. In California you can't get quick results. Pearson Ve said the results will be available in 4-6 weeks. I sure hope it is sooner.
Any feedback, on the computer shutting off at 75. I don't know where I stand or how I did.

Be positive! I took Nclex in June. 75 questions, no new format, lots of priority and delegation, about 10 pharm. Walked out thinking that was the worst I ever did on a test. Found out I passed on 7/10. Everyone in my class who had 75 questions passed also. Hope this helps!!!

I took nclex on 7/14. Today I found my name listed already (CA board). My exam questions also shut off at 75. I was planning how to prepare for next try once I was out the center. Now no more study!!!

It sounds to me like you did o.k. Everyone i've seen on this board has said they thought they bombed and ended up passing. I also think it is a mind thing. I got 101 questions and passed but a classmate of mine that took it this past Monday, 7/19, got 265 and passed the first time. So, its really not the # of questions. But hang in there, I strongly believe you passed.
