Hello every one I have taken my test 3 times and have been unsuccessful. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. 1st time 85 and I did not no anything on this test 2 time 161 and third time 160 I just don't know where to start. Can anyone give me tips?

OP, you should have received a CPR (Candidate Performance Report) after each failure. What did they say? Particularly, what did the last one say? This will go a long way to figuring out where you need to start, at least. BTW, you should change your UserID: use of the word 'nurse' or any other nursing designation is against the terms of service for this website. How about FutureNyNurse? ;)
