Took NCLEX RN today....265?'s

Hi Everyone, I am new here, I found this web sight to be very helpful with depression.:o I sat boards today and got 265 darn questions. I thought I was so prepared for the thing, and now I feel as if school wasn't really worth much. Anyone else feel this way? Anyone get 265 recently and passed/failed? Im really not sure what to think, I had tons of prioratizing care (who would I see first), Tons of pharm, and discharge info to be included. I feel so duh, so many of the answers could have been right , its that picking the "initial" thing that's got me so rattled. Do more people fail that get 265, or pass? please help.

Well, since you got 265 questions, you essentially had tons of questions.

I'll repeat whats been said, there is no correlation between the number of questions you get and passing or failing. Many people pass with 265, and people also fail at 75.

I have a friend who failed on 265 first time and passed on 265 second time she felt she had failed both times, it just goes to show you never know.
