I just used saunders 4th edition and nclex 3500, and scored consistently in the high 70s low 80s on practice questions. Suprisingly the actual nclex was not as hard as i had anticipated. I guess I had myself prepared for the absoulte worst lol. Had 75 questions, one audio, two math, and one picture. Lots of sata and prioritization, several medications but they were common ones. Got the good popup when I did the pearson vue trick, and three days later I had a license number on the state board of nursing web site. Good luck to everyone, you can do it too!

Congrats to you!! I just took mine on the 27th and I still don't know what I got. I'm so anxious!! What state did you test in?? And what are sata questions (sorry for the stupid question). :-/
I also got 2 math questions, plenty of meds and lots of priority. I really hope I passed. I tested in California so I have to wait around 2-4 weeks
