Hi good day to all threaders;)
I took the NCLEX last May and with God's grace, I passed the exam. I applied for the California Board of Registered Nursing. I received a letter from them notifying me that I passed the exam and also requiring me to submit an SSS number. My problem is that I am still in the Philippines. Please enlighten me on what to do.
Thanks and Best Regards - EUTHANASIA

Congrats on passing the exam but you need to check out the International forum. Much has already been written on Ca and licensure application and SSN. Basically you will not get SSN until in the US with a valid work visa and currently with retrogression you are looking at several years before getting a work permit. Much is also written on retrogression. You can find the International forum under the region tab near the top of the page
