Took nclex today. I was done within an hour. I feel kinda confident but there is always doubt. I had 75 questions and used only kaplan. Can you really pass with 75 questions? The questions kept getting harder and some of them were exactly like kaplan so I knew I got those right others I used critical thinking on. I probably should stop reading cause those posts where people didn't pass with 75 questions are making my stomach hurt! Find out soon I hope!

Yes you can pass with only 75 questions and many do. The exam is designed to get harder and if you get a hard question wrong it will go back to a easier one.

That's a good sign that you were getting harder questions. You can definitely pass w/ 75 questions. Hang in there. If you felt confident, then it's a good chance that you will pass. Don't read those postings anymore, just try to relax. More people pass at 75 than not pass. I received 75 questions and found out this morning that I passed! I had the exact same feeling as you. Good luck!

I took my test yesterday and I also got 75 questions. I still have 24 hours to find my fate, but I felt confident during and after the test. I got many prioritization/delegation and infection questions. I also got about 10 SATAs...The test seemed getting harder and harder. At some point questions seemed to get easier but overall 75% of my questions were really hard. I had to think hard to get the answers. I am waiting "anxiously" for my results, but I know that either way I have to stay positive.
Wish me good luck!

I hope you can pass with 75 Qs....I shut off at 75 today as well, and I have been sick to my stomach ALL day!! I was positive when I left the test center, but I'm getting very anxious now & don't think I can make it all weekend without results!!!
