Hi everyone! So I’m new to this and I just need to vent because I am going CRAZY! Due to COVID19 the amount of questions on the NCLEX has been changed. I took my test this morning at 1100.
This is my third time taking it. I did all 130 questions which is the max. Amount of questions at the moment. My last question was a SATA. most of the questions were SATA and prioritization!! I left the testing site not knowing what to feel ?
Of course I tried the PVT trick with the wrong exp date and security number .... and got the bad pop up ?? I don’t know what to think... but this sure is heartbreaking.
Does this mean I for sure failed or I just need to put the correct cc info and try again ? ?
No idea.... I hate sata so I would think at least you got lucky by not having them. As for the pop up ? I failed and got the bad pop up ?
I just took it today, I tried to do the pvt and my account was restricted ? now I can’t pay for the quick results, I’m devastated. Pearson Vue don’t answer, Now I’m 3 hours on the phone waiting for someone to respond
Did you guys feel the test was easier or was it harder? What tips do you have? This will be my second time taking it after failing last year? I also wonder if we fail will they send us retest fast or slowly?

I don’t know, maybe because I tried the pvt? ? and yes, I think questions were kind of easy ? and everyone told me that If you get easier questions then you fail

Aweee ? that sucks! Maybe wait until tomorrow to see if it gets unlocked, I believe Pearson vue is not answering phone calls. If not you can also be checking the board of nursing for your name to see if it pops up??♀️ But I know how you feel !! The anxiety is crazy ?

I felt as if the test made sense to me.... I understood a lot of the questions, but since no one really knows how the scoring works because, I think.... if I got all the questions it means that I was going up and down and for sure my last question I didn’t know the complete answer to because it was a sata. So I believe maybe that took me to the negative side! my advice is due the complete uworld question bank. A lot of the questions were on uworld as well.

Don’t listen to that. Whatever kind of questions you get doesn’t signify how good you are doing IN MY OPINION.... but like I said before who really really REALLY knows how they’re scoring ? I know it’s stressful . Is it your first time taking it ?

Yes! It’s my first try ? it’s stressful to know that I have to study again ? I preferred the old test with 75 questions. The strangest thing is that my Computer down when I was in sixty something ? and my last sata question was the 63 question
What does it say pertaining to your account being blocked..that is so weird. Did you actually get to try the trick or you couldn’t sign in?

SATA is just a type of question you can pass or fail with little or lots
