Hey...just took the test for the second time and I had 265 questions once again. My first exam was 265 questions and I failed... I am really freaking out that I may not pass again.. I do feel a little better this time though...I found there to be more priority, select all that apply and teaching/communication questions. Just wondering if these type of questions are a good sign or not.....Has someone had this type of experience w/ the test?? If so....what was the outcome....Please if anyone has some feedback that would be great....this waiting game for the results is about to kill me! Thanks a bunch!

Best of luck!
I took it today, I stopped at 75 questions but 6 or 7 of them were check all that apply, which I totally suck at. I had a lot of "which patient do you see first" type priority questions, a few L&D, a few cancer, a few psych, a few med, a fair amount of community, and some legal questions. I think I had one delegation question.

If you were getting a lot of priority & multiple questions, that would be a good sign in my book but still, there is no way to tell for sure. God Bless. I'm praying for you!

First of all: I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. I really hope you passed...let us know! I know how awful the waiting period is
I am wondering why it is a good sign to get priority questions? I got a TON of those (I took mine last month (and passed!)...it shut off at 75). Just curious...

Priority questions may be higher degree of difficulty, so some people consider it a good sign.
To the OP - don't freak out about the number. If you pass at 265 you get the same license as someone who passes at 75!! The number of questions has no bearing on the result, only the level of difficulty you achieved.
Good luck!
