In microsoft word, this resume takes up 2 1/2 pages. It's not even that impressive so I'm starting to think a lot of it is "fluff" that no HR manager wants to see. Here it goes:

"Graduate nursing student seeking position as a Registered Nurse in an environment that will promote growth of knowledge and skills within the healthcare team. As a nursing student, I have had the following experiences to develop my clinical and critical thinking skills:
Experience in acute care, long term care, intensive care, comfort care and from collaboration with Registered Nurses and other members within the healthcare team.
Ability to safely and effectively apply the nursing process within a holistic framework.
Experience with many different disease processes and co-morbidities, with much experience with CHF, DM, acute and chronic renal failure, bowel obstructions, post-op patients, COPD, pneumonia and CVA's."
You are not in grad school: you are not a Graduate nursing student. You are a nurse ing school graduate. You don't have experience in these areas, you've had experiences. Experiences similar to every other new grad. As a new grad, you have not had the opportunity to use the nurse process safely and effectively.
Hiring managers skim resumes. At first glance, it appears you are experienced. When the recruiter realizes their error, they will torpedo your resume. Keep it accurate, short, and sweet.
In my new grad resume, I focused on my clinical experience and did not even mention my past work history as it did not apply. I would not even mention your past work history, that's for your application. Like someone else said, no one cares how long your clinical rotations were either. Do not list a certain group of patients or special skills observed, unless you are trying to seem more competent for the unit...
I agree with the comment from MrChicagoRN - I thought OP was a grad student in an MSN program. I was thinking the resume was very problematic for a such a student. Then I realized that OP was a newbie.
There is a lot of fluff as other PPs comment. But their suggestions are very appropriate. Gives this antique one (me) suggestions for my own resume & documents.

I would take out everything in the "professional profile" and do not list student clinicals as clinical experience. it really isn't.
have a section for licenses/certifications where you put your RN/ACLS/BLS/etc. i also have a section for references, or you could write "references available upon request"
