I am pre-nursing student and I am finally done with both of my AP classes. I was wondering should I keep my AP book?

your call, of course, but i still refer to my a&p book 16 years out of school!:typing

handy for my own use, and have also pulled it out to educate patients (i do home care and carry it in my trunk!):clown:

I think u should KEEP IT.I sold mine and greatly regret it. But, u could also sell it and find an older version for like 5 dollars, that will work just as good. Thats what i'm going to do.

I kept my anatomy and physiology books. When I write formal papers for case studies, I have to use multiple sources, so I always use these books.

Sell it. Your nursing textbooks will have enough A/P to reference in the future.

I sell everything! With the internet the things I have needed to refresh myself on I just googled a reputable source. My two cents. :)

I agree. I wish I had've sold everything right after the course is done. Now the stuff is more than 2 years old, and no one wants to buy it. If you need to know something you'll probably google for info anyways before opening up some textbook.

Here is what I am planning to- sell my book because it is the latest edition and I can get top dollar for it, then by an older edition on ebay to use as a reference. Very little changes from edition to edition (I have checked) and you can get these older editions for as little as $.99 on ebay! Hope this helps!

Lol, that was how I talked my way into getting them to take my A&P1 credits that were almost 20 years old. I told the director that I didn't think very much has changed in mammalian anatomy over the last few decades and then of course my A in A&P2 didn't hurt. :)
