I am interested to hear anyones experience in endorsing their license into CA. I used the online endorsement as well as the livescan fingerprinting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
I called them just now and the representative said, they're working on applications turned in (cashed) in the middle of May. My fingerprints have cleared but no sign yet of my transcripts and license verification (via mail). They said they will be working on mine in the next 2 weeks, sigh.
Does anyone know if they send you letters of missing files before they start evaluating your application or after? It has been about 7 weeks and I haven't gotten anything in the mail.
Hang in there guys!
well that's good news someone was able to tell you they will be working on your application!
I received a letter from them may 22nd (check cashed may 2nd) stating I had missing courses and at this time I was told my application was in the initial evaluation process. However, breeze still says pending with no deficiencies. I called last week and was told my transcripts are the only thing that hasn't been looked at. But one time someone told me they didn't receive my license verification. Everytime I call, someone tells me something different.
I do have 2 friends who had their checks cashed in early/mid may and have not received any letters...so I am still not sure why I received one esp when all my transcripts were sent.
I know its a waiting game but I can't wait any longer! Esp when my nursys verification will expire shortly!
I called again this afternoon regarding whether or not they have my transcripts and license verification since it was resent. I spoke with a guy and told me everything besides my fingerprints was still missing. He also told me I don't have an evaluator assigned to my application. AHHH! This is so frustrating.
He told me to fax a letter to the board with my ID# (which he gave me), requesting to look for my files. I hope this speeds up the process because apparently, evaluators have not looked into my application yet and it has been 7 weeks!
Omg are you serious!? That can't be true! I have faxed numerous letters to that fax number and still haven't heard anything but it is definitely worth a shot.
i was told 6-8 weeks is the average and at 90 days only can someone from the call center contact the board and access our file.
again I don't know! Every time I call I get different information.....
I called today regarding the status of my transcripts and the (really nice) lady I spoke with told me that I can expect 8-10 weeks from the date my check was cashed.
Apparently my application has not been even looked at (is so new) because my address is still missing. She couldn't even tell if any of my transcripts were received.
I asked about the temporary license and I was told that my FBI live scan has not been approved so they won't grant the temp until then. Who knows if it'll even be granted then, I was not able to get that answered.
lbeanyy, my check was cashed 4 weeks ago. I'm really new compared to everyone else here, just REALLY anxious because of everyone's stories (that and my savings is quickly dwindling down due to being unemployed.)
Let me know what they tell you! I hope your application has at least been looked at since you're at the 10 week mark!

check was cashed on may 2nd for me, received a letter from them in late may stating my transcripts did not reflect X courses needed for my CA license. I have taken all those courses; confirmed my transcripts were sent. I am at the 10 week mark and my nursys is soon to be expired! I was told it would take 6-8 weeks max...breeze is still pending with no deficiencies. I really don't understand why it is taking so long!?
Anyone receive their license yet whose check was cashed late april or early may?
