Timeline for endorsing RN license to CA

I am interested to hear anyones experience in endorsing their license into CA. I used the online endorsement as well as the livescan fingerprinting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Yes there is a page in the application that the school has to fill out and attach to the official transcript and mail to the BRN.

Hi I have some questions about the BreEZe website. I'm a nurse from Ohio awaiting my license for California. I sent in all my paperwork March 27, my check has not been cashed and I just made an account on the BreEZe website. I saw people posting that it states things about your education, transcripts pending, etc. on the BreEZe site. The only thing I'm seeing under my recently created account is on the License/Registration Information it reads "No License Information Available." Am I missing something? My thought was that I'm just too early to register for the site and they haven't opened my file yet. I do know that they received all of my information because I sent it in overnight and made them sign for it. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions would be really appreciated :)

Just checked the Breeze website and my permanent license is up!!!!! So to all of you starting the process be patient and diligent it will all work out!!!:yes:

I mailed my application feb 7. Than like march 20th or so I got an automatic email saying to register and confirm my email with breeze. So at that point I knew the board has my app and processing it and The board registered me on Breeze. Which I never got an email to tell me it was processed. but on breeze it said i submitted it feb 20th ..I just checked on Breeze March 30th and lo and behold my Temp license showed up..:)

I did the same thing..and than deleted that account i created. The Board of nursing will register you for breeze cause they have to put your license info and stuff in. You should get an automatic email from breeze to confirm your email with them. Thats what happened to me. and than check back in a few days to see if ur license has come up. Till than you wont really kno if theve even touched your application:/

Finally got my permanent license! I applied back in august 2014. They opened my case on 9/13/14. I received my temporary license on November 30, 2014. It expires this month. I called the BON in march and asked when my perm license would be issued. They told me I needed an oral communication class. I was mad because it's like, were they ever going to tell me or were they just going to just let my temp license expire? Fortunately I took public speaking as an undergrad before I entered nursing school so I had that transcript sent back in March. I called them today to ask if it was received and they said yes. So I was like what's the hold up? They gave me an email address of the person who had my file and my permanent license number was issued today. My suggestion to anyone who has been waiting and waiting is to keep calling and following up because if I didn't call them I would've never known what was holding up my file and my whole application would've expired for no reason.
