Time to vent...NCLEX journey

Hello Family,

Well, lets see I graduated in 8/13 with ADN Accelerated one year program after finishing my B.S. in Biology..As you can see I over did it:/..I am just absolutely tired and burnt out..I will be taking my test next Wed at 8AM..I just broke down into tears wanting this so bad...sorry I just want to open up and need some strength from you and support..

First time I failed with just Kaplan. Second time I changed my plan completely and pretty much I used everything there is out there from Hurst (Content), NCSBN, Lacharity, etc..My Kaplan qtrainers were from 66-72%...I walked in confident not nervous at all comparing to the first time..Well, the embarrassing thing I end up having diarrhea through out all the test...I ran out of time...I knew I should of passed. Based on my report: 3 above and rest near (no below)...I was super crushed :/...Maybe it was a sign that I was really anxious and my body shut down on me. This will be last time taking it in my state. God will determine what my path will be. If its nursing the doors will open it not something else will pop up. As a fighter that I am I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!

My two baby brothers are about to become doctors, my sister is Ortho OR nurse, and lets not begin with my mother (my everything)---she has been a nurse for about six yrs and couple of weeks ago she got accepted to a private university for her MSN...

I am absolutely proud of everyone and I am so blessed for having such supportive family. They want the best for me and so do I. This time I am going with the flow..I have finished close to 3000 qs from 2/23. Now, I am reviewing my notes and doing SATA from Saunders cd. Thank you for listening to me.. I just needed a friend.

You have to have faith the Jesus will see you through (Im not sure if your a believer ) but honestly can turn it around for you and make you overcome nclex and excel at nursing!

Please check out this website for preparing for nclex. The same people that write the nclex run the testing service.

Hi! Did you try this website I showed you. Everyone I know that has used this website passed the nclex including people that have failed the nclex! I wish you luck!

Hi!..Yes I did the 3 wk program last time I tested. I did all of their qbanks which I will review their rationals ..I feel like I just need to take a good rest before my exam, and take care of my body so I don't have to take all of those long breaks during testing day..what do you suggest to eat before the exam? I have been juicing lately (I bought the NutriBullet--such a great investment), which I feel is helping me tremendously and I cut back so much on coffee. I am eating healthier and going back to exercising like I used to.. At this point I know my content, simply I need to eat a good breakfast and good rest before the big day.. Paradios2014, You will pass the next time you take the exam. Continue to trust and put your confidence in God, in God alone. I often time remind myself when the NCLEX weigh heavily on me, that God have a plan for me. Jeremiah 29v11 States, For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.
