time off

I hav a question, my manager has been working for some yrs. she found out the new staff receives more vacation days then when she started seveal year ago. she was not happy and started to go to HR demanding to get paid. HR refused her and now she is taking days away from our vacation. She said she will not approve our dys off and wil figure out excuse to justify it for ex coverage

so if we get 28 days, she wants us to have 21 days. and will not approve more than 21 days and will count.

How to i handle this? every1 is her ally. it is confusin. i am older but i do not like arguing and i just startd job 3-4 month ago.

Find out if you get a vacation payout, and if so leave and collect your full amount. (After securing other employment of course.) No way would I want to work with someone that petty.

How did get your information on what she will give you. Be careful on repeating what you heard from the nurse who heard it from her brother' inlaw's cousin, who heard it from he's cousin's girlfriend who works at the cafeteria

Every1 speaking of it. No cafeteria rumor

I'd be talking to HR myself ... finding out what the rules are and what I am entitled to ... and alerting them to rumors you are hearing about the manager's intentions. They can check them out for themselves.
