Hello! Im currently taking pre-requisites to apply into the nursing program in the fall.. either cohort will be fine with me but by the deadline I will only have the HESI, A&P I AND II, ENG11, PSY 200 and 235, and PHI 220 completed. I plan to complete the rest of my pre-requisites in the spring so I will meet all of the Pre-requisites by the start of the cohort! if you are currently in the program or recently got accepted please help! i need some insight and would like to be able to weigh my options out :)
Those are amazing stats! I'm sure youre getting in! I'm nervous about my hesi score only being an 80.57. My anxiety got the best of me! But hopefully my GPA is enough! I've also been stalking my mail lady! Lol I'm so excited and nervous!
Just want to let everyone know I emailed the school to make sure my application was recieved and luckily it was..she also let me know that letters will be sent out next week. :)
Now that the weekend is over I'm getting extremely anxious for our letters to arrive. I'm really hoping my gpa was high enough at only a 3.57 and a Hesi of 84.....I keep doubting myself.
Mp2287. I'm doubting myself a lot lately too. I've practically convinced myself I didn't get accepted because of my hesi score being only an 80. I really do think you have a wonderful chance of getting into the program! Hopefully we know soon!

My pre-requisite GPA is 3.51. I took A&P I and II at ODU and received a B and B+ respectively. I also have a Bachelors from ODU. My HESI score was 94%.
I am at work today and tomorrow and still can't keep my mind off of it!

I've been following this thread for 2 months without commenting. I'm so glad to know I'm not the only stalking the mailman! Does anyone know how many applicants there are for Fall 17? I've heard some say around 500. Is this true? I've earned 4.0 on prerequisites except for ethics which I will be taking this summer. I made 93 on Hesi. I've been nervous because I've heard this program is extremely competitive. I live in VB and I'm a single mom of 4 (3 still at home.) I hope we will all know something by tomorrow.
